PROCESS
Yet another difference is that our main Principal started his career at Goldman Sachs and Credit Lyonnais, and launched a consumer product company, named among the “100 Most Brilliant Companies” by Entrepreneur Magazine. After curating tenants, pushing to get multiple offers and establish "market" pricing, we then analyze A) analyze a tenant’s management, as a VC would, B) value, C) cash-flow, D) deal close timing and E) security for the long haul.
Time is precious and lawyers cost money…we focus on being realistic on who will close a 140-point lease, and will advise when its not the right fit.
